Start International Electronic Tape Dispenser For 2"W Double-Sided & VHB Tapes
The Start International ZCM1000NS electronic tape dispenser for double-sided, VHB Tapes and similar tapes automatically cuts and advances predefined tape lengths, and is suitable for medium to high production of repetitive taping in industrial applications. A special non-stick advancement roller handles double-sided, VHB and other high-tack tapes. The preset lengths of 51/64" to 39" (20mm to 999mm) can be overridden for a custom cut, and then returned to the auto feed settings. The feed roller pressure can be adjusted for tape thickness. The guillotined cut provides a straight edge to the dispensed tape. This dispenser has an estimated blade life is 200,000 cuts, depending upon the type of tape material. The cut length tolerance is ± 0.04" (1mm). It is made for double-sided and VHB tape
